Pre-listing work
This mainly includes helping potential clients to make up their accounting records in accordance with Hong Kong GAAP and comply with listing requirements.
Coordinating and liaison with external professionals such as company lawyers, sponsors, reporting accountants, valuers, etc.
The personnel that would involve should such service arise are both qualified professionals with many years of accounting and auditing experience.
